		<description>for problem number part of this is covered in the scouting. you scout ahead of time. of all the VC games i think the only one you check ratings in game is ESPN NBA.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as far as the cpu on default i think it is hard for the cpu but when you up the sliders they can be unstoppable. i tried cpu passing at 39 and human coverage at 32 and it seems ok. at 40 they can destroy you. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i am still vacillating between my slider decision.</description>
