Birthday Thoughts

I often remember 1982, because I turned 11, and I was sick something awful, but at least I was able to get the Coleco version of Zaxxon for my Atari 2600 The game was ass. It made you want to get a ColecoVision, that's for sure. There's also my 1981 birthday present -- Laser Blast, also for the 2600. I had to pitch in a game that day at Gorton Junior High School (What up, Warwick RI)...duh, I wasn't in junior high, that's just where the game was. All I wanted to do was play Laser Blast. I think I walked 3 in 3 innings and then got bumped to LF. Good times.

Anyway, the moral is, I still played sports and video games 22 frickin years ago. I just realized what a sad freak I am. Okay, I'm going to have cake and drink now.
