* Nintendo today announced the DS will be launched November 21 in the US and sell for $149. What’s interesting is that it will launch in the US first, really screwing over import shops like NCSX. Sorry guys, you still rule anyway.

* Sony is modifying the PS2. It’s now going to be the PSTwo, like the PSOne, get it. That too will launch in the US first (11/1). It is the same price as the current console. More news is expected later today, it’s assumed it’s going to be much smaller than the current PS2.

* Three people have bought the PlayStation 2 (hard drive) (40 GB) (only works with one game) (crap). Okay maybe more than that, but that’s about it.

* Anyone see Kerry on Letterman? He was on the offensive big time. Interesting tactic.
