Well, here we are, Game 7 again. The game so big that CBS just decided to air reruns instead of a new King of Queens, making all TiVo users pissed because next week’s episode will look like this week’s episode and therefore Tivo’s 28 day rule will annoy everyone.

Honestly I’m so tired from watching the games, I don’t know what I’ll do tonight. Watch it of course..but still, gah, this game can’t go until 2 am, can it? That Steinbrenner/Torre VISA Check Card commercial is pretty darn funny though.

EDIT: (Added) Oh I almost forgot, how can USA Today talk about how great Tim McCarver is? Last night this idiot said in the 9th inning that a walk was just (almost) like giving up a home run. Except the guy on first doesn’t score a run, last I checked, so I’m not really sure WTF he was thinking. I think he really enjoys hearing his own voice over and over again. This made me so mad, I just had to add it to the blog after I posted this article.

I did have a great meeting today. I met with Senator Joe Biden (not one on one, but with 50 other people). What a great speaker. He spoke about how he’s probably the one Democrat that has spent the most time with the President givne that Sen. Biden is a foreign relations senate committee. He didn’t call the President stupid, actually said he was a smart man, albeit one with a myopic vision that doesn’t allow contrary opinions. It was a very interesting speech. I can tell you, I’d vote for him if he were to run. He seems sane, to the point, and a uniter not a divider.

Back to sports news, I cannot believe the sign up’s we’re getting for a game we havent started yet. This College Hoops tournament should be pretty good!
