I put it on my sunglasses or googles when skiing, no fog ever. It's the dumbest thing but it works. Just pour it on all over the lense, wait for a couple of mins, rinse off, wipe off any excess. I know how stooopid that sounds but it works for me.<br /><br />Dunno about indoors and googles, but I suspect that it'll work.
