Saturday Fun
Happy Saturday…the sun is out here and continues to melt the snow. I think we are down to 23 feet left, so that’s a plus.
After I blogged last night, I finally was able to play one online game of Twisted Metal on my PSP. There was no lag and it was a lot of fun (they even have cooperative mode). Unfortuantely that was the sole time I was able to get on.
Over and over again, the connection drops. Like I said before, I’m literally right in front of the access point, so I know it’s not my connection. This *could* be very cool, but it blows as it stands. That being said, taking a look at the official sony boards, I guess a lot of their 989 games are online enabled, but from what I hear they are all crap, with the exception of soccer, which of course is NOT online enabled. MLB isn’t out yet so I’m hoping maybe I’ll pick that one up.
Spies have told me that MVP Baseball is looking and playing just like the PS2 version of the game…with one early exception — it’s crashing like crazy. Still, it’s a beta, and I’m sure it will be fixed with the final release. EA only screws up the back of the box and never the game, right? ![]()
