The crap you have to deal with between pitches gets old. I also like to play a quick game. The only saving grace is that there is a 10 run rule and you can always sim to the end or manage to the end if necessary.

THe graphics are weird. I made a createe a stadium and may stick with that because I get a pretty nice picture at 720p with no slowdown. Some of the team specific stadiums really slow things down and the players look like hell. This can't be an Xbox thing - EA either just ports from PS2 or have sloppy programmers who have no idea how to use the power of the xbox.

I also know what you mean about hitting. The one thing I hated about MVP last year was that every mistake pitch i threw was crushed. Weak middle infielders would crush mistakes like a pumped up Barry on the clear. This year even when my mistakes are hit, they don't go flying out of the park. Same when I am hitting. It gives the game a lot more strategy, but is not true to real college bb.
