Another Quick Update
Ashley is really sick so I’m off Blog Duty at the moment. Still, I’ll try to get some Arena Football thoughts posted this week. I should get the game today.
Oh, and Eastside Hockey Manager is crazy fun.
Along these same lines, I think a Thoroughbred Racing game, using this same “global” approach that SI uses in their games would be a superb fit. You could include racing in Europe, Japan, the States, Canada, , South America…include trainers, track variants, jockies, and really dig into the rating of the horses the way that SI digs deep to rate the players in both hockey and soccer. This remains a dream that I won’t just let die, but I think a strategy-management game in this genre would be a fantastic and rather heady simulation.
Still, EHM is a blast.
