R.I.P.
This is too damned funny not to link to it. You know, after a tragedy such as this, it's really the kids who suffer the most.

That is funny. I also read a comment from a Mich defensive player that said Weiss’ offense was easy to decipher and all the motions and sets were just window dressing. I wish they hadn’t beaten them so soundly though, cuz its gonna make them mad when they face my Spartans this week.
I too tried for Tig Tix, but I wasn’t prepared to spend 40+bones for standing room plus parking, plus the $5 hot dogs (gotta pay for the new house), maybe if they make the WS.
Regarding the Lions. Its true that they lost yet again, but its also true like Roy williams said that they stopped themselves ALOT. If you were able to see the game you could tell there are some good things happening unlike the last few years. Chicago played great( holy Grossman), they were really hitting hard, but when the lions weren’t committing penalties or fumbling they moved the ball well. I’m hopefull the second half of the season will be better as they gel a bit more. I’m a little concerned with the Mike Williams situation, but I will give Millen the benefit of the doubt after seeing how poor Chuck performed since being let go. Nick Saban didn’t even want the guy! Millen recently expressed interest in Jerry Porter, and I’m like YOU HAVE a Porter sitting on the sidelines, but we’ll see.

Classic!…I mean…thoughts and prayers to the kids and those left behind.

Yeah, Mike. I don’t know what to expect from the ND/MSU game. I’ll be pulling for the Spartains, though. Right now I’m more worried about a letdown against Wisconsin, of course.
I haven’t heard from you since the big move back to MI. I trust all went well. I don’t have your new address/email/etc. so be sure to get in touch.
Btw – happy belated birthday!

Its a rib-tickler, but big thumbs down to Schembechlerhall for not citing it as an ESPN post that went up on Page 2 on Monday. Bad form.
But man, did I enjoy watching ND get their butts kicked! I have six ND alumni in my family so I take it as my solemn duty to root against them at all times.

6 alumni??!!! did they all play sports there or did they actually go to classes at notre dame?? i thought the entire setup was just for football.
seriously, i have never heard of anyone saying, “i went to notre dame for: physics, computers, law, business or really anything other than sports.”
wow, you learn a new thing everyday.
