I had two questions for Xbox Live support:

1. Where’s TotemBall since it was promised to me with my Xbox Live Vision Camera and
2. How can I transfer the Xbox Links courses I paid for already over to my Xbox 360.

TO which I received two answers:

1. It’s not out yet and we don’t know how it will be distributed and too bad you already bought Uno, we aren’t helping you there.
2. You’ll have to repurchase the courses on your Xbox 360.

Very nice. NOT!
