Jose Canseco? Albert Belle? Jay Buhner? Wally Joyner? All decent players, but not HOF material. Also some no-brainers like Ripken Jr., Steve Garvey, Rich Gossage, Tony Gwynn, Mattingly, Jim Rice, Lee Smith and Trammell. They should all be in.
