I saved the box I got on my last 360 service for the inevitable. My current 360 craps out after a few hours of play when I try to change disks. The disks in this box get real hot and the unit has to cool down before it can read another disk. It has been like this since I got it from MS back in October, but I don't feel like dealing with another 2 week round trip, so I have been just living with it.
