The shame of that is that Shrek’s popularity came from the fact that it appealed to both adults and children. I am supposed to go tomorrow night, but I havent heard a good thing about it yet.
There was one scene in the movie where I actually had to turn away from the screen because I was that disturbed by it, but the rest of the film is wonderful storytelling.

I didn’t expect much; in fact I got pretty much what I expected…another lazy Hollywood cash-in.
At least Ashley liked it, so the $$ was well spent on her alone.
Still…I need to see a grown up movie..ASAP.
I’m gonna buy Pan’s Labyrinth.
