2. Dammit! Someone got the trivia answer. It is in fact Entex Baseball. I had the first (black) version. Good times!!

I actually had the third one. I loved that game. We wore it out. It had a button on the pitch controller that would change pitch speed in the middle of the pitch. We had to make a rule that you could only use that feature once per at bat.
