Hope?

I started year 2 on the road against Arizona State. I set it to Heisman, and kept CPU Accuracy at 100 and every Human AI setting at zero except for tackle and break block. Seriously..HEISMAN level and Human Awareness, Knockdown, and INT at zero. CPU QB Accuracy at *100*. This is NCAA on the MOON.

The guy tossed 3 picks. !#$%

In a last ditch effort I bumped CPU WR Catching to 100 as well. The result was the ASU QB going 22/33 for 278 yards 0 TD and 1 INT. I won 28-16 in what was a hell of a fun game to play with a 28 yard TD run by Chris Wells and a 36 yard strike to Hartline for a TD and 25 of that was YAC. On Heisman!

A fluke? Or did the CPU WR Catching slider offset something? But why would it? But it would be a heck of a fluke seeing as I’ve played over 20 games now and never had a 1 INT game by the CPU…ever. The perfect setting may still be out there.

Test #4 tomorrow.

if you up the WR catching ability slider, then your WR will catch the ball instead of the defender. Couple that with the QB accuracy (at 100) and you “shouldnt” see too many picks. Personally, i bumped down the QB accuracy, in small increments, until I had QB lines that I was happy with. Before I bumped it down, from 100, I was seeing good QBs going 30-32 with 400 yards. I couldnt deal with that.

I also left my level at All American. I am not good enough to fend off the CPU superability on heisman.

    Good luck testing tomorrow.

the crazy thing is about OSU dynasty’s is that while Beanie is an impact player and does well, Saine is insane - super fast and a great runner. Call some I formations with the hb stretch play for Saine and he’s hard to stop - at least on AA.

Same with Mo Wells. Why Mo Wells is rated above a 75 is anyone’s guess.

Mo had a great spring game, LOL…

    Bill,

Playmakers seems to think he’s found the problem with interceptions…He thinks EA has mix up INT and the KNWD sliders…he now has INT at 30 and KNWD at 0 for human..check it out over at sportsgamer.com

Yeah someone else commented that a few posts ago.

I tried that just for kicks, I even boosted INT to 100–if it’s truly reversed that woulda done it, right? Well, it didn’t.

They aren’t switched. Every year someone (usually re: Madden) comes out and says EA mixed up the sliders. He’s entitled to that opinion, but I don’t agree with it. I’ve been testing this pretty much all day and I think I know what’s going on.
