Michigan loses to 1-AA Appalachian State.
I have no idea how to even talk about a game like that, but since Bill is the Ohio State fan… I’ll let him run with it.
I was getting minute by minute updates from a friend who is going to Michigan Law School, but he’s a Badger fan, so his perspective was a bit skewed… but Wow.
Just wow.

I was almost going to call my Badger co-worker (who was at the game today) and tell him that Michigan lost, but I figure he probably saw it at Camp Randall Stadium at some point.
Michigan losing is good for Ohio State, Wisconsin and Penn State…that’s for sure.

loren, I tend to disagree…I am a huge Carolina fan and always root for conference teams b\c when they win it makes the ACC look better. In my opinion if and when those teams you mentioned beat Michigan I will not think its as big a deal b\c App St beat them….just my two cents

No problem, I was more pointing out the fact that those 3 teams benefit from Michigan having one loss already on the season. Any of them beating Michigan in games will certainly not be as big of a deal as today’s loss.

I’m finally starting to turn myself around on when to root for teams in my conference.
I’ll do it in the post season, but it’s still a challenge in the regular season.
