		<description>Actually, the stock price has already risen to $26 based on news of the offer alone. If it can sustain that until GTAIV is released, you could realistically assume a further bump after that.

Which means that I think it's most likely that the Take-Two board tries to convince the stockholders that they can get more money out of EA.</description>
