Blitz: The League II review

I haven't posted any reviews in a while, sticking mainly to my impressions of a given game, but due to the fact that Blitz: The League II seems to have been given the shaft by a few sites, I figured that I would give you my thoughts for the game in a more formalized manner.

I also decided on a review scale that I'll stick to when reviewing games.  This goes just for me, as Dan tends to want to get paid for his reviews on other sites.  I doubt he'll be posting many here for free. heh.
