- Looks like EA (along with the NCAA) is going back into the courts again, this time with a suit being filed by a former college quarterback who has said that they are being exploited by both organizations.
Somehow or another someone has to finally figure out a way to either state that the scholarship that an athlete receives is their payment for their likeness and such in college... or start paying them a percentage of the profits off of the items sold with their likeness.
- So, I was checking back in my emails from the last year and saw that MLB Power Pros 2008 was announced right around this time last year and took a chance to contact 2K Sports to see if the new version of the game was going to be announced any time soon. At this point they have no info though.
The reason I was curious about this version is due to the fact that this years release in Japan included online play, the World Baseball Classic, and other new features.
I really hope that we do hear something about this soon.
- The complete lineup for Guitar Hero: Smash Hits has been put together. I have to say that I'm pretty damn happy with it....
