USC Sucks!
Oh man, did I enjoy that USC – Washington football game. You see Pete Carroll was one of the worst coaches the Patriots ever had so anytime you see him lose, it’s a great event.

Pete Carroll is like the anti – Jim Tressel. Almost always wins the big games, but then loses one of the little ones.
Say what you will about Tressel, but THE Overrated State University never loses the little games.

C’mon, Dan. Do you remember Rod Rust? How about Dick McPherson? Ron Ehrhardt?
The Pats made the playoffs in two of the three seasons Carroll coached the Pats. If anything he’s probably in the top five coaches that Pats ever had: 1. Belichick, 2. Parcells, 3. Fairbanks, 4. Berry, 5. Carroll.

This reminds me of what Bum Phillips said out Don Shula:
He could take his’n and beat your’n and take your’n and beat his’n.”
Pete Carroll is the antithesis of that statement; he can win (most of the time) by having dominant athletes, but ask him to actually coach during the game and he’s lost.
