Quick update
I have been out of town since Tuesday morning due to the fact that my mother-in-law had a stroke on Monday evening.
This blog is a very important part of my life, but when family calls, that takes priority over all else.
She is recovering very well and, with some luck, will be heading home soon.
I'll try to catch up on what has been going on over the last few days today and will try to get some work for the site done soon. I thank all of you for sticking with this site over the years.

A stroke is just a horrible thing.
My grandmother had a massive one about 18 years ago and it was just painful to see her afterwards as it wasn’t the same person anymore.
Thankfully, in my mother-in-law’s case… she seems to be getting better incredibly quickly. Which is just astounding.
