Monday night notes
If you were an alien visiting our planet and saw the massive news reaction to Whitney Houston's death, you would have thought she cured cancer or something based on the amount of news coverage for her death. Good lord....
The only impact that she ever really had on my life was the fact that I had friends make me go see the Bodyguard when I was in high school. That's two hours I'll never ever get back because of her.
Moving on....
- I had a sensational time up at the pond hockey championships over the weekend. The team I was up there with went 1-2, but the results weren't the real reason we were there. More than anything we're just a group of guys that want to get together and have a fun weekend road trip and it was definitely that. Wouldn't have missed it for the world.
- Hoping to get my hands on Grand Slam Tennis 2 tomorrow. I'm always a sucker for tennis games. Don't know what it is, but they're always a lot of fun for me.
- I need to try and get a rental for UFC Unleashed 3 as well as I did enjoy the demo, but wasn't able to get connected with the PR people for an interview and all that. Such is life.
- Lastly, one of my friends got a chance to see F.Stokes this weekend in Madison. He did this video a little while ago here and it's a pretty damn good song. Figured I would share it.
